ok here is his story

I work at Petsmart, I know they are known to have a bad rep. as far as PETA and other groups are concerned but the particular store that I work in as of right now we have NO pets in the hospital room! which means that no pets in our store are in in poor health!

ok off my soap box!

the hairless I have been calling him grindle (monster from beowulf) he is very sweet but he has dry skin and was scratching at his shoulders. And we couldn't sell him. our small animal vet said that he might suffer from an allergy of some sort and had us use a cooling spray for itchy skin on him and it has helped alot! Rather than leave him in the quiet room alone I adopted him and brought him home. Im not sure how old he he is a pretty big boy! his scratches are all healed up except for one tiny one, and he is doing well. He still has some Dry skin but that's normal for hairless. the problem is I already have rats and my land lord was not too thrilled about them but she really has drawn the line at the hairless. so I need to find a good home for him. he has a cage that is about 24x12x12, a water bottle, and the anti itchy spray that would go with him. I am asking for a small re-home fee to make sure that he gets a good home I would prefer he go to someone who has experience with hairless and dry skin issues to be sure that he gets his allergy issues taken care of as well.

I am going to post pictures of him and his cage as soon as I get them loaded on here.

Thanks!
Mollie

I am about 45 mins south of kalamazoo, and about 45 mins north of southbend.

I am asking $15 to make sure he goes to someone who really will take care of him. he comes with the cage, water bottle and some fleece I am using in the bottom of his cage, and the anti itch spray the vet suggested.

here are some pictures!

my Landlord is upping my rent until I find a new home for my rats :-[ I really hope that someone can help me out! I dont want to loose them but I cant afford the rent and the up keep. I am going to try to talk them into letting me keep my baby but the hairless defiantly has to go. :'(

I know here, if you are allowed to have even one rat, the landlord cannot up the rent or change their minds. But happy you found him a home with an experianced owner and some rattie friends. Do you have one rat that is alone now?
